Beav, my mates selling his 06 DJ3s that 100mm for £70 they would probably suit your frame better?? Then get your frame sprayed black, sorted Smile

Glad to see your riding again bud Smile

If you would like to know my personal opinion without it being put down by those other two, I really prefer ss, the pure simplicity of it is great. No matter what I did with a derailer I would always end up with a small skip, even if the shop did it, so I went ss and have not looked back. If you get the right ratio it will work great. I suggest trying to ride on only one gear first as ss is not for everyone, and this will help to see if you will a)enjoy riding ss and b) find the proper gear ratio for you. Hope this helped.

Well, you can a. buy the whole BB for £25 or b. go to your LBS to see if they have/can get the cups in stock for X amount.

Here is a link to the howitzer BB:

This means your BB isn't external, so you don't have to worry about buying new cups and the spline's, they come together in a sealed unit. Try this:

Run the Minion on the front, since the front is the end you least want washing out on you, I have a Minion DHF next to my bike but since I run tubeless I need to get my hands on an air compressor before it is fitted. I take it your crank's are ISIS spline? I can't tell from the picture in your albums sorry.
